FAQ
(1) Refund policy / Team withdrawal
– Cheques sent by slow mail to billing address (in application during registration form)
– BEFORE the first game of the season – Registration fees, less $15 (for bank processing fees)
– AFTER the first game of the season – Registration fees, less $60 (for OSA registration & bank processing fees) + AND less $15.00 per calendar game(s) before the date of the request.
– AFTER the governing organization withdrawal deadline (July 31) – NO REFUND
(2) Late registration / Season in-progress – NON-REFUNDABLE!
– $60.00 PLUS $15.00 per calendar game(s) remaining.
– Allow 4 business days for processing.
– LACA cannot guarantee EODSA or OCSL will process the registration or cards on their end in timely manner.
(3) Financial incentives and discounts for volunteer activities (from Constitution)
7. Financial incentives and discounts for volunteer activities
a. Are transferable to any LACA member or would-be member
b. Each discount applies only once per season per activity role (manager, coach, volunteer, coordinator)
c. Cannot be saved for future discounts
d. New volunteers can only take advantage of these discounts after completing and demonstrating a full season of participation
House League (LSS) Coach – Registration in House League (LSS); 1st child gets 100% discount; 2nd gets 50% discount and 3rd (or more) do not get a discount per season; or for themselves (or designated transfer) for 100% discount registration in a club’s adult team for one season.
House League (LSS) Coordinator – $75 discount on House League registrations. There is no discount to register for any of the club’s adult teams.
LACA Adult Team Coach – 100% discount registration in a club’s adult team for one season for themselves (or designated transfer); or registration in House League (LSS); 1st child gets 100% discount; 2nd gets 50% discount and 3rd (or more) do not get a discount per season
LACA Adult Team Manager – $100 season honorarium paid at end of season as long as they have fulfilled 100% TM duties; and 100% discount registration in a club’s adult team for one season for themselves (or designated transfer); or registration in House League (LSS); 1st child gets 100% discount; 2nd gets 50% discount and 3rd (or more) do not get a discount per season

OT35 needs to be born in 1982 or earlier
OT45 needs to be born in 1972 or earlier
